The Red Shoe Society (RSS) is a group of young professionals who are leaders, volunteers and advocates for the Ronald McDonald House in Delaware. Red Shoe Society members make significant contributions by organizing activities for families, organizing fund-raising events and raising awareness about the House and our mission. The board of directors enthusiastically supports the efforts of the Red Shoe Society. The goal of Red Shoe Society Chicago is to donate: to donate time, inspiration, creativity and funds to help families with hospitalized children from Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland, in Northwest Indiana, to improve together.

The Red Shoes derives its name from the fairytale of the same name, specifically as interpreted by Jungian analyst Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

The Red Shoes is a non-profit center that offers opportunities for spiritual enrichment and personal growth through book and film studies, weekend retreats and workshops.
